Hold The Phone Inc. offers the following features:

 

  No Contracts to Sign or Equipment to Buy: We charge a low monthly service fee and you may cancel at anytime.

 

  Programming fee: There is a one- time programming fee of $79

 

 Billing: We provide monthly billing

 

One-time Installation: If you require an installer, you will pay $120 per location for the labor involved in the installation. Hold the Phone will take care of all of the installation arrangements.  We are a national company and have professional installers throughout Canada and USA. The client is responsible if any extra equipment is needed for installation.

 

Equipment Supplied: We supply a digital message system, all wiring, and installation instructions. The digital equipment supplied remains the property of Hold the Phone Inc.

 

 No Limits on Message or Music Changes: Change your message or music as often as you wish and all you pay is a $79.95 programming fee. ( First custom Message is Free)

 

 Voices:  Female or Male

 

Languages French, English, or Bilingual.

 

 Music:  We have over 75 different musical styles to choose from as well as a wide selection of holiday classics.

 

Recording:  It will take approximately 72 hours to record a new message.  If an emergency situation should arise, changes can be handled immediately.

 

Never a Charge for Service calls: If your messages ever stop playing you’re covered.  If our equipment can’t be repaired, it will be replaced at no charge with the newest model available.
